Dear FC Members,
Our Annual Membership Meeting with the Board of Directors is set for Thursday, August 6, 2020 at 5:00 virtually through Zoom.
Below, please find a Notice for the Annual Meeting as well as a Proxy and Ballot, which include important information about the nominated candidates and how to vote during the meeting. Please read them carefully.
The Board has unanimously approved the nomination of 17 candidates for election to the board reflecting the diversity of the Fencers Club membership. It is very important that you fill out and send either a picture or a scan of the proxy to [email protected] whether or not you plan to attend the meeting so that sufficient votes are cast to establish a quorum. If you do not fill out the proxy but intend to vote, you must attend the annual meeting and send a picture or a scan of the ballot to [email protected] during the annual meeting.
