Annual Meeting Notice
The Fencers Club has engaged Honest Ballot to assist in conducting the 2023 Annual Meeting to be held via zoom on Monday December 11, 2023 at 4:00 pm.
Fencers Club members eligible to vote will receive meeting materials by email and via post. Please do not disregard these materials nor the email sent from [email protected]; check your SPAM if you haven't received it. Please read the materials carefully and follow the instructions contained therein.
We encourage everyone eligible to participate in the Fencers Club 2023 Annual Meeting.
